A Copenhagen-based bar with a passion for brewing invited Novozymes to present an event about the science of brewing.

Alexander Merz, Industry Technology Specialist Brewing and Vladimir Abaryshev, International Account Manager Brewing hosted the evening at Brewers Inc for an audience of brewmasters and passionate homebrewers. Between them, Alex and Vladimir covered a 12,000-year history of brewing and led an interesting discussion into the future of brewing.

The audience also had the chance to sample a 100% unmalted sorghum beer. Enzymes make it possible to utilize a wide range of raw materials, without sacrificing quality.
